The main purpose of this Web site is to provide information and enable you to register for the Coping and/or Rebuilding Programs. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to protecting it and to making you aware of our practices regarding the privacy of your information.

Information collected

Our Web site does not automatically collect any individually identifiable information, such as email addresses, from visitors. We collect contact information from you when you register.  We may collect your telephone number or email address should you make an inquiry and ask for a response.  When you register (either by phone or at a session) you will be asked to supply name, address, telephone number(s), email address, years married, and whether you are divorced, separated, or widowed.  Contact information will also be collected in each breakout group and shared among your facilitators and other breakout group members with your permission.

If you wish to update your personal information (such as your address), or if you wish to remove yourself from our roster, please email one of the contacts with your request. 

How the information is used

We use your information to contact you with announcements about upcoming program(s), logistical information during the program, and any follow-up information that might be necessary.  Contact information is typically shared among members of the same breakout group. Participants may voluntarily contact each other to offer support. 

We do not sell, rent, swap or otherwise share our mailing lists with external organizations. Any personal information you provide to the Coping/Rebuilding Programs will not be disseminated to third parties.

We will disclose personally identifiable information when required to do so by law.

Breakout Sessions

Participants and facilitators are instructed at the beginning of each program, and reminded during the course of the sessions, that all information and discussion in the breakout session is confidential and not to be disclosed outside the breakout group.  We rely on participants and facilitators to uphold our confidentiality requirement, but are not responsible if a participant does not respect our policy.

Program managers and facilitators exercise appropriate measures to ensure the security of your personal information and to and protect it from unauthorized access.
